My free Weight Loss Breakthrough Coaching Session is a convenient 1 hour private 1:1 coaching call. 

Here’s what we’ll accomplish:

• Create a crystal clear vision of the ideal life you’ll be living during your second or third act after you lose the weight for good in your finally slim, sexy and confident body.

• Clarify the obstacles that may be sabotaging your weight loss efforts and keeping you from being as successful with your health as you are in your business career.

• If I’m certain I can help, I’ll outline a plan of action for resolving those weight loss blocks and getting you ready to start losing weight for good!

• If I think we are a great fit to team up, and that I can absolutely get you where you want to go, then we’ll also talk about the possibility of coaching together under my Signature Program and I’ll answer all your questions about what that would look like

Normally I charge $247 for this time, but this session is absolutely free for qualified applicants. This is my way of seeing if I can indeed be of service, giving you a taste of what coaching with me is like and making sure I am the right coach for you.
