Details of Working Together 

Those who work with me are taking the very first step towards making this time the last time that you’ll ever need to work on losing weight. Please review the following policies that apply to all of my private coaching clients.  It will help enable your best possible journey with me and lead to your best results. 


The following systems are in place to keep us on track and focused. This includes:

  • Assessing where you are at, creating your vision and brainstorming your first action steps.

  • Providing 1:1 consistent coaching support through our calls where we’ll discuss your agenda and burning questions, celebrate successes and learn from things that didn’t go as well in a judgement-free space.  You’ll also have my full support for all the questions, encouragement and accountability you need in-between our coaching sessions.

  • Creating a solid foundation around learning your personal patterns, designing your supportive environment, addressing emotional eating and self-sabotage, upgrading habits. mastering mindfulness, creating an easy route to stress management and prioritizing you!

  • Tackling head-on obstacles and situations that make you vulnerable to familiar patterns that can throw you off your game.


Please note my standard office hours are Monday – Thursday 9 AM – 6 PM EST and Friday 8 AM – 5 PM EST.  If you email or text me or my team outside of those hours, I’ll promptly return your email/text on the next business day at the latest.

Program Questions/Shares via text and email are welcome any time and always encouraged. I absolutely invite you to email or text me your insights, breakthroughs, and questions between our scheduled coaching calls if you need a quick strategy, have a problem or can’t wait to share a success with me.  (I love hearing your successes!) I enjoy providing this extra service and do not bill for additional time of this type for my private clients. Depending on my schedule, I strive to answer within a few hours the same day. As noted above, outside of my standard office hours, you can expect an answer the next business day at the latest.

Coaching Calls: All coaching calls will occur in accordance with the cadence for the program you’ve selected.  I generally work by standing appointment. If you have yet to choose a standing call time with me, we’ll be sure to set up a mutually convenient day and time prior to your first session.

Rescheduling Private Appointments: I want the very best experience for you. Please try not to reschedule our standing coaching calls, and I’ll do the same. However, life happens, so any 24-hour notice of a cancellation may be rebooked at a mutually convenient day and time.  If you have vacation time that conflicts with your standing coaching call day and time, we can adjust the same way. Missed appointments without prior cancellation may not be made up or rescheduled. If it’s an emergency, we’ll work around it. 

Billing for Coaching Services:  If you have chosen to pay for your coaching program under a payment plan, you will be automatically charged each month in advance and payment must be received by the due date or coaching services will cease until your payment is made.  Any coaching time lost due to late payments will be forfeited and not be permitted to be made up.  Please note that you are obligated to pay for the program in full even under the payment plan.

Refunds: I am almost 100% positive that you are going to enjoy your experience in our coaching together. However, I understand that life happens and that you may choose to leave. 

  • There are no refunds after your first session/retreat, whether you implement the program or not. 

  • In the event of a serious emergency, I am happy to help, however please note, upon withdrawal from the program you will be charged the regular full rate of the coaching prorated for each month of the coaching you were present. By opting out of the coaching commitment, I can no longer provide the fast action savings and any other discounts provided. Your refund will be the remaining amount once this monthly fee is subtracted. 

  • If you would like to leave the program, please do so in writing to EMAIL and I will confirm that I received your email. 

  • I cannot, what-so-ever provide any type of refund for 1) disappearing acts 2) not doing the work and 3) changing your mind about your direction and any number of mindset related issues that regularly come up when doing the work of establishing long-term healthy habits.


Some action steps will be required on your part. Implementing what you learn and allowing yourself to think differently is the key to your success.  You will get out of coaching what you put into it!

Feedback and Testimonial Requests: And finally, if you like what we do together, I will request feedback in the form of a testimonial near the end of our work together. Though you are welcome to send me an update at any time you experience a breakthrough. I love receiving those!
